Valeisha Butterfield – Jones Named Head of Black Community Engagement for Google

It seems the company has chosen the perfect fit to lead its Black Community Engagement department, appointing Youth and Women’s Activist Valeisha Butterfield-Jones as its department head.

Butterfield-Jones, married to NBA star Dahntay Jones, is The Co-Founder of The Women in Entertainment Empowerment Network (WEEN), along with Lauren Lake and Kristi Henderson. WEEN is a non-profit organization “committed to supporting, promoting and defending the balanced, positive portrayal of women in entertainment and society.” (Read more on EverythingGirlslove.com)
